We bring a partnership approach to our business relationships because we believe it creates more value for our partners, their customers, and their shareholders. Here's how we're currently working with a variety of organizations; how might we partner with you?

Authors / Publishers who want to extend their content to an online format to create enrichment products or stand-alone courses. Examples include authors of popular business books, and publishers of training videos. We bring online instructional design and program development expertise, and create a retail product that can be sold through online learning channels such as consumer-focused web sites and university extension programs. We share revenue based on the share of product development and marketing costs.

Training companies that have face-to-face programs that they want to augment with online experiences, or who want to offer an online alternative to their live seminars. We employ our design skills to adapt the materials to an effective online format, adding new material and media as appropriate. We do this on either a fee-for-service or a revenue-sharing basis.

Universities that want to build an online program to reach out to students beyond their physical campus. We work with professors and/or subject matter experts (SMEs) to design programs or courses that work effectively over the Web for the university's student population. While we typically do this on a fee-for-service basis, if the university is interested in marketing the resulting courses to a broader audience we consider a revenue-sharing approach.

Corporations that want to increase the effectiveness of their training programs by leveraging their existing investment in technology and tying training to business results. We consult with management on the overall program strategy, recommend vendors and products, and facilitate the internal project teams tasked with implementation. We also adapt custom courses to an online format, or create new courses from scratch. Our work with corporations is done on a fee-for-services basis.
